Who are little nest's products suitable for?

Our high quality replicas are suitable for children 3-12 years of age not to exceed 40 kilograms.

Are these products licensed originals?

Our modern classics range are all replicas of iconic designer originals, scaled down to be suitable for children 3-12 years old. We are in no way affiliated with the original designer or licensed manufacturers of these products.

What level of quality are little nest products?

All of our products are finished by hand with the exception of the little bert chairs which are mold pressed. We put maximum effort into making sure that all aspects of the workmanship are overseen, making each piece showroom ready. Our experienced quality control managers inspect all products before they are packaged and shipped.

What materials are little nest's products made from?

Little nest's products are made from top quality materials including 304 & 202 stainless steel, cast aluminium, commercial vinyl & laminates, aniline leather, commercial fabric, commercial chrome and press molded fibreglass. We do our best to ensure that dye lots are consistent and that the materials are as represented.

Can I custom order my product in a different fabric or finish?

We will do our best to cater for all custom orders. Please email us at info@littlenest.com and we will get back to you with 24 hours with details regarding your request.

Returns and credits

What is little nest's return policy?

Little nest offers a no questions asked 14 day return policy, as long as the item is returned in original condition and packaging. You are buying online - it's okay to change your mind!

Does little nest pay for my delivery costs if I return something?

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or not what you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund or credit including the delivery fees. If you are returning for any other reason, little nest will not reimburse the delivery fees.

How do I return a damaged, defective or incorrect order?

Please email us at service@littlenest.com to report a damaged, defective or incorrect order. We will immediately organise collection and replacement of this item for you.

When can I expect a refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

Ordering

If a product is out of stock, how do I know when it will become available?

If a product is out of stock, simply click the 'waitlist me' button on the product details page to be notified when the stock becomes available for purchase again.

How do I use my promotional code?

Discount and coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. There is a field to do this at the bottom of the customer details form. Codes will be applied to your grand total before entering credit card details.

How do I cancel my order?

You must contact us before 4:00 pm of the day of order to cancel an order to avoid the delivery fees.

What forms of payment does little nest accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

At what hours is customer service available?

Customer service is available to you M-F from 9am - 5pm EST (Australia). For enquiries at all other times, please email us at service@littlenest.com.

Little nest offers an Australia-wide flat rate delivery fee for each product.

How will my order be delivered?

All items are delivered via our professional courier company.

How will I know when my product is to be delivered?

You will receive an email confirming that your product has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number and link for up to the minute tracking of your purchase.

Does little nest deliver internationally?

If delivery costs are not currently advertised for your country on our website, please contact us at info@littlenest.com.

Can I collect my product to save on delivery costs?

Unfortunately, collection from our warehouses is not available at this time. We have gone to great effort to ensure that delivery costs are fair and reasonable.

General Queries

Does little nest offer a gift-wrapping service?

Due to the size of the furniture items, we cannot offer a gift wrapping service.. However, it is important to note that we have packaged our products beautifully (not your standard brown cardboard box) so it will still look thoughtful and beautiful when your recipient receives their gift. We are happy to include a gift card free of charge. A gift card message can be entered during the checkout process.

Where are little nest products made?

Most of our products are made in China. We have excellent relationships with all of our manufacturers and have on site quality control managers in all factories to inspect our products and of course, fair working conditions.

How do I know that my credit card details are secure?
